Taking a bit controlled diet and following easy tips to lose weight can help you become slim.

Eating nonstop and not getting fat is like everyone’s dream come true. Only a few manage to do that as their body is unaffected to their diet. They are apathetic to the calories in food. In today’s world it’s like a gift from God as we have many varieties of food to loose our control over. So how to lose weight to stay slim seems like a stone which is not achievable.

Everyone is born with certain body type and everyone is not fortunate enough to possess it. As I told I am a big foodie so it was very difficult for me to have control over my diet. I started dieting.

I used to be quite happy that I was following my diet chart meticulously. I followed it for a weak and soon after that I started getting frustrated over silly things. I started losing my temper over  things which I could have easily ignored out of fun.

I realized that my craving for certain kind of foods which was being suppressed by me to maintain my diet was the result of my irritation. My hunger was not getting satiated. I used to sleep with empty stomach. I used to starve for rest of the time thinking of the food that I wanted to eat.

I lost focus on my work and decision making capabilities. I used to get exhausted very early. I thought, there was no way to eat more and get slim body. I started to exploring internet to find that how to lose weight to stay slim.

After all experiments and research with my body, I came to a conclusion that there are few easy step which can be followed to stay fit. For your happy surprise, these steps don’t ask to hurt yourself.

I decided to eat everything I wanted, in smaller quantities and on regular intervals. 

In traditional method of staying fit, it is suggested that give your body a chance to digest any kind of food you eat. If your body gets proper digestion, there are very less chances of gaining fat. The technique says that never let your body feel hungry.

When you wake up in the morning, eat something with in 30 minutes of getting up for instant energy. Sandeep Maheshwari says that he eats 1 banana and some dry fruits in first 30 minutes of the day.

Apply same concept with exercises also, like take stairs over elevators.

Doing 2 hours of tough exercises consistently for months will be possible for only few because that needs a sheer determination. So don’t be demotivated, just start with 3-4 small slots everyday. Commit yourself that you have to complete 50 push ups a day whether it is 10 push ups 5 times. So in this manner you can try some more easy yoga steps.

Ask yourself that, why not going for a walk (taking 4 to 6 Rounds for 5 minutes) after every meal?

It is very necessary to take a small walk after every meal. Most of us have that habit of lying on bed after eating or start working sitting on a chair just after meal. This is very easy to follow, because taking out 5 minutes for walf is manageable even in office hours. Stop boarding taxis for small distances, go on foot.

Drinking lukewarm water before bed and after getting up is awesome, you can do the same at day time also.

Doctors also suggest to drink lukewarm water. This is very good for your health and this will contribute to burn the fat. There is no extra effort for the same as this facility is available easily in your office premises too.

So I tried above tips and I was able to see the difference in just a month.

It encouraged me to continue with the same technique and motivate others for the same.The gist of the story is that we should not feel hopeless or get envious of others .
